Dynamic form xml

Hello...I'm trying your script Dynamic Form ext-4.0.1. as:
dev.sencha/deploy/ext-4.0.1/examples/form/xml-form.html
Form load correctly from xml-form-data.xml but Submit not save the new file.
Which is my error??
