View Full Version : Newly inserted grid rows are not drawn if grid is scrolled to the bottom

If the grid is scrolled down the newly inserted rows don't get drawn but instead there will be a blank row on the top of the grid.

If the grid is scrolled all the way to the top then the row displays just fine. Also, blank rows will render correctly after I insert a new row with the grid scrolled all the way to the top.

I have tried the following without luck:

gridEvents.getView().select(0);
gridEvents.getView().getRow(0).scrollIntoView();

I also tried setting deferRowRender to false but that didn't change.

It sounds kind of like this 5.x/6.x issue:

Does it only happen when you insert at position 0?

Precisely, I'm on 5.1.1.451.

Unfortunately I'm using Ext.Net and I need to wait until a newer version is released with ExtJS 6.0.0 which includes the fix EXTJS-18135.

Is there a way to find the code change for EXTJS-18135 so I can override the faulty code myself?
