Chrome 47, IE, FF

Description:
Column sorting break on hitting ENTER Key in column inner item.

Seems issue is not there in Ext JS 5 and Ext JS 6.

Can anyone please any workaround for V 4.2.1

For now I disabled the ENTER key for all the text fields o?n keydown event.

Thank for the report. I'm glad to hear that you found a workaround. It looks like this issue was resolved in 4.2.3. I wasn't able to find the bug report that led to the fix, so I don't have another workaround at this time.

Thank you Gary for searching out.

I put below code in my common script for my desired condition and work great through out the application



element.inputEl.on('keydown', function (e) {
if (e.getKey() == e.ENTER) {
e.stopPropagation();
return false;
}
});
