Trying to create a new theme in an existing workspace that has working active projects. Each time get the following message whether I set the base as the workspace or the project. Framework is in the workspace under ./ext directory.
Seems like a theme package is created in packages/local/
FYI - the application is a universal structure (both classic and modern versions).
I have just upgraded from Standard to Premium (and using the Themer was one of the reasons).

Directory ../ext does not exist.
