The 'ext-gen' app appears to generate applications that cannot be built in production-mode (i.e. it can only be run in dev mode with e.g. "npm start" or "npm run desktop", not with "npm run build-desktop-production" . Steps to reproduce:

ext-gen app --classictheme theme-graphite -n ClassicApp
cd classic-app
npm run build-desktop-production

The error message I get is:
(node:34668) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: #<Object>(node:34668) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection. This error originated either by throwing inside of an async function without a catch block, or by rejecting a promise which was not handled with .catch(). (rejection id: 1)
(node:34668) [DEP0018] DeprecationWarning: Unhandled promise rejections are deprecated. In the future, promise rejections that are not handled will terminate the Node.js process with a non-zero exit code.

Do anyone else see the same behaviour?
