Hello,

I'm using the paging grid example and everything worked fine. I intend to have 2 grids (each in separate tabs ). My idea was to only use one grid code (update the DOM of the second tab).
In order for the JSON data to be different between grids, I'm passing in a third param 'activetp'. This param is either 0 (first tab data) or 1 (second tab data). I'm using this value to build the SQL which returns the JSON. Hope this makes sense.

On first load the third param is passing fine, but on using the paging, only the 'start' and 'limit' are posting through.

Where in the code can I specify an additional param? I cannot see any code which looks to deal with the paging, but I guess it must be there somewhere.

Thanks

After looking through previous posts I found the answer:

basically adding:

ds.baseParams.activetp = 1;

(where ds is my Ext.data.Store object and activetp is the param to pass on all pagings)
