Hi,

I'm new to ExtJS and trying to integrate it into a Django application.
Please look at the attached simplified version of a html page that I generate in my project.
I'd expect a simple form with input fields (I removed the data part because it isn't related), laid out using Panels with hbox and vbox layouts as containers. The javascript validates, and it creates a lot of html into the div specified by renderTo, but I can see only a white rectancle. What am I doing wrong?

TIA
Luc

Try changing line 19 from "Ext.Panel" to "Ext.form.FormPanel".

When I make it a FormPanel, then I get a JS error:

this.body is null
(...)

this.body.addClass(this.bodyCls + '-noheader');\n ext-all-debug.js (line 21775)

Please ignore my first attachment and look at this new one. I made some changes so that my intention is more visible. I want a form that looks like this:

ID: name:
XXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

description:
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

price:
XXXXXXXXXX [X] vatExcempt
I'm still there trying to understand what's missing, and hoping for help!
