View Full Version : [CLOSED][DUP][3.0.0] labelAlign 'top' and anchor 100%

In a given form panel there is an htmleditor. The anchor on the editor is '100% 100%'.

If the label alignment is left this works correctly and the bottom of the editor is aligned to the bottom of the panel and right edge to the right of the panel.

If the label alignment is 'top' this no longer works. The html editor is actually too high because the label height and associated spacing is not taken into account.

I assume this is a bug?

Also, if someone could suggest a workaround I would be very grateful.

I can assemble a solution using border layout but it's ugly in the extreme.

This may already be fixed in SVN, please provide a test case:

Note that this issue is reproducible in FF 3.0.13, on Mac OS X.

First a picture of the issues ...

The test case ...

Ext.onReady( function() {
new Ext.Viewport( {
layout: 'border',
items:
{
region: 'center',
layout: 'form',
labelAlign: 'top',
items:
{
anchor: '100% 100%',
xtype: 'htmleditor',
fieldLabel: 'Body',
}
}
} )
} );

Yeah, this one is fixed in SVN, there's recently been some updates in this area.

I ran your test case on the SVN build and it was all good. Going to mark this one as closed.
