Hello.
I have the same problem as this topic (http://extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?p=375796), but I can't seem to fix it with the link that were posted :-/

Here is what I had done: I copied the demo "dynamic.html" from the example folder "forms" and placed that file along with "dynamic.js" ind the root of the extjs folder (where the "ext-all.js" file also is).

My dynamic.html file look like this:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
<title>Forms</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="resources/css/ext-all.css"/>
<!-- GC -->
<!-- LIBS -->
<script type="text/javascript" src="adapter/ext/ext-base.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
Ext.BLANK_IMAGE_URL = '/resources/images/default/s.gif'; // Ext 2.0
</script>
<!-- ENDLIBS -->
<script type="text/javascript" src="ext-all.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="dynamic.js"></script>
<!-- Common Styles for the examples -->
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="examples/shared/examples.css"/>
</head>
<body>
<script type="text/javascript" src="examples/shared/examples.js"></script>
<!-- EXAMPLES -->
<h1>Dynamic Forms built with JavaScript</h1>
<p>
These forms do not do anything and have very little validation. They solely demonstrate
how you can use Ext Forms to build and layout forms on the fly.
</p>
<p>The js is not minified so it is readable. See <a href="dynamic.js">dynamic.js</a>.</p>
</body>
</html>

I hope somebody can help me :)

Best regards
Morten Johansen

Add the following line of code to the top of your JavaScript:

Ext.BLANK_IMAGE_URL = 'resources/images/default/s.gif';

Make sure the path is pointing to the correct location of your s.gif file

Hello David.

Thanks for your reply, but just seconds before your reply, I found the reason to the problem. It's because the file "examples/shared/examples.js" had already changed the path. So, all I had to do was move the code that set the path to the blank image, after the "example.js" include :D

Once again, thanks for your help :)
