Well it certainly won't work if you execute it before the data has arrived back from the server to populate the Store.

This might happen an indeterminate time after the load method was called.

thanks! it'works!

so in order
- store and load
- elements of forms
- Txt_intro.setValue(introStore.getAt(0).data.Txt_intro); for HTMLEDITOR
- panels and win show

Are you using an event listener/callback, or are you just hoping that it will have loaded by the time you execute that?

store.on('load', function(){
// data is now loaded
});
store.load();
or

store.load({
calback: function(){
// data is now loaded
}
});
