Steps to reproduce:

The short way:

1. Make a window.
2. To the config, add closeable: false
3. Make the window appear. <bug>The window still has the close button</bug>

The elaborate way:

1. Open the EXTJS 3.x example hello.html under the directory /examples/window/<here> (this is obviously packaged with the 3.x distribution)
2. When the Hello World button is clicked, a window appears as expected. Notice that it has a close button.
3. Open the associated js file: hello.js
4. Locate the window config parameters, and add closeable: false
5. Window still shows up with the close button.

Because you've mistyped the parameter name:

http://www.extjs.com/deploy/dev/docs/?class=Ext.Window&member=closable
