I am using ExtJs for my website.When i open my site on internet explorer 8 it shows a dialog
saying

"Content from the website listed below is being blocked by internet explorer enhanced secrity configuration "

http://

Note it doesn't display any valid url just display http://

it tool me a long time to find out that 5th line of initDocReady function in ext-all-debug.js is causing the problem

the line is

document.write("<s"+'cript id="ie-deferred-loader" defer="defer" src="/'+'/:"></s'+"cript>");

but if i change it to

document.write("<s"+'cript id="ie-deferred-loader" defer="defer" src="http/'+'/:"></s'+"cript>");

it stops showing that dialog..can anybody help me understand what exactly is wrong with this line?

thanks

Sounds to me like this is a Generic Browser problem and not something that is ExtJS specific.

Could you please tell us a little bit about your security settings to see if we can reproduce/workaround this issue?

Please - no thread jacking. A tool called JSBuilder is used, which can be downloaded off of this site.

inamgull - did you find a solution to this issue?

Should you even be looking at a site on or developing on a Windows 2008 Server?

Prior to Windows Server 2003 SP2 I believe, it was possible to see stuff on an IE browser without having to change any settings. But you might look online to find out your problem. This is not an EXT JS problem.
