vista theme extjs 3.0.3

I just downloaded ExtJs version 3.0.3
I noticed that inside images folder there is
a 'vista' folder with some images...

but inside css folder there is not .css file
wich I can use this Vista Style...

Why there is no .css file?

Someone knows?

Where I can find this file?
