Just wanted to see how Json did the BLOG | Documentation navbar on main blog and code says something like /common/css/blog-css-1129.php for css and js files....

Sorry If I am stupid.. what is that?

Well, Jack can give you the reason why he did it, but it's not encryption. All it means is that he has a .php page that renders the js/css instead of static .js or .css files -- the end result is exactly the same from the browser's point of view. You can copy that path to the php file and paste it into your browser and it will simply render a plain text file.
