Hi, I'm new here and I'm testing extjs features.

So... in an little application i discovered that on IE7 Ext.Msg.alert generate an error, for example:

Ext.onReady(

function() {

Ext.Msg.alert('test', 'test')

}

);

it shows the alert, but i've got an error:

"object doesn't support this property or method".

It's a bug or what? Obviously, this is a little code, the real big problem is when i've got for example a "success/failure" situation in a ajax submit request with a
waitMsg:'Sending data...' in the handler of the button: in this case the prompt "Sending data..." remains fixed on the screen without any other possibility.

Thank's to all!

Hi, about 3 minutes after post this messages i understand the real problem, that is not in ExtJS but in the manner IE identify DOM "nodes" when the first thing on <body> is pure text...

So:

<body>
Example ExtJS
.......

to:

<body>
<p>Example ExtJS</p>

Regards.
