headers "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" could be affecting Extjs Trees?

Hi,
I've upgraded my old Zend Server 4.0.6 release to latest 5 and some of my Extjs projects have started failing. Specially some tree components began to fail. Responses in firebug are correct. I think that the reason may be headers with "Transfer-Encoding: chunked"
Has anyone had any similar problem?

Definitely not a problem with "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" rather maybe something related to the response codification, strange characters, charset....
