I have a panel and I have it set to AutoScroll if the content in the panel is to large it adds the scrollbar. What I would like to do is if the content is to larger and the scrollbars appear. I want to grayout the buttons on the panel until the user scrolls to the bottom of the page so I make sure they read all the content contained in the panel before they can click the continue button. I tried adding an event listener on() on the el for a scroll event but it never fires when i scroll. What I did was afterRender of the panel I add a listener on the panels el element for the scroll event. But that doesn't seem to work

So I need to do the following.

1)I need to determine if the scrollbars appear or not. If so I gray the buttons out if not the buttons are enabled an not grayed out.

2) If there are scrollbars I gray the buttons out until the scroll bar has been dragged to the bottom of the bar.

Is this possable?

Where do you go bouldering? Stanage? The Buttermilks...? Long time since I've had time to do any.

The scroll event will be on the body of a Panel, not the el.
