Hi,
First part - image as background works well, problem for me is area where are fields (inputs). How can I make that area invisible ?

Yeap, source :

var panelLogin = new Ext.FormPanel({
labelWidth:80,
url:App.url+'/init/login',
style: "background: none transparent url('./assets/image/login.jpg') !important; padding:30px;",
frame:true,
border:false,
plain:true,
defaultType:'textfield',
monitorValid:true,
items:[{
fieldLabel:'Input1',
name:'txtINput',
allowBlank:false,
value : ''
}]
});

var win = new Ext.Window({
layout:'fit',
width:419,
height:318,
title:'Title',
closable: false,
resizable: false,
plain: true,
border: false,
modal : true,
frame:true,
items: [panelLogin]
});

win.show();

So you don't want a Panel then. Because Panels have styling.

You want a Container.
