View Full Version : Rollover Cursor Change

Hi All,

I have *kinda* found solutions related to this, but though I would ask to see if there is a simpler solution.

I have a handful of actions listening to double clicks, as well as some right-click context menus. The problem is that its not easily known to the user that these actions are available. I want the cursor to change (or additionally, a tooltip) on a rollover for certain items. This way, user would know that there is an action than can be performed there.

Any simple/clean ways to do this without overwriting css classes and general hacking around?

The CSS cursor style property.

So if I wanted to add a rollover to say, a tree node, would I just add the additional style to the "cls:" config property for that node?

Well if all you wanted was a change of cursor then yes. If you want some other change, then you'd have to use Element.addClassOnOver
