View Full Version : el.getBoundingClientRect = null if trying to set Window invisible

Hi,

I have a few EXT Windows. If the user wants to close them and clicks on the X, the window should not be closed, but set to invisible due to performance if the user opens this window again.

I have a onbeforeClose listener and set the window to invisible, but then I got an Error.
Firebug says:

el is nullchrome://firebug/content/blank.gif if (el.getBoundingClientRect) {
ext-base-debug.js (line 1106)
Here's an example code of how I try to do this:

prefwin.on('beforeclose', function(){
prefwin.setVisible(false);
return false;
});
Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I use EXT 3.2.1 and the debug EXT file WITHOUT comments...

Thanks
Christian
