On a lot of the examples it says "Not minified".. What does this mean?

When a JS file is minified, all unecessary whitespace (carriage returns, tabs, spaces, etc) is removed to reduce the size of the file significantly. Not minified means that whitespace for formatting is preserved, making the js easier to read. Ext ships with a "debug" version, which is not minified, to allow you to debug. Similarly, the examples are not minified so you can see what is going on.

thanks for the explanation, I looked on wikipedia, but I didn't know if that's what they meant.
