I'm facing a problem after upgrading to sencha 2.1. I downloaded the latest fix for 2.1 from your code.
The problem I'm facing is that if I have your slider on the same page as other sliders on my page, then the other slider don't take their initial assigned values. Let's say they are from -10 to 10. And I give it a value of 0. So it will be initialized with the slider all the way to the left. But as soon as I comment out the code from your slider at the bottom, they come in the center.
Do you have sample code of your implementation
The plugin works great except for one thing - if i change the value of the slider via slider.setValue() the slider thumb updates to a new position but the sliderfill color does not - any chance you can provide an update to the plugin?
I haven't looked in to the plugin for so long, let me try to get some time :).
I started a discussion on the topic thinking to get input on my code - please review the thread before spending your time looking at the plugin - http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?268098-SliderFill-not-updating-when-using-slider.setValue()
admins: sorry for the duplicate topics...
I have updated to sencha touch 2.2.1.
Also updated demo with a button to update single slider.
It works for me.
thanks, V2 is updating albeit a little slowly on my desktop running chrome - when the handle position updates the sliderfill takes a few miliseconds to follow it. Is there any way to get sliderfill to update a little faster?
The slowness is happening only if we tap or change the value using setValue, drag looks fine.
If you look into init function there is listener for change event.
I'm using reference to thumb inside that, although its changed the thumb position refers to previous one. That's why i'm using a delay of 200, which creates the slowness.
Try this inside defer and outside and tap the single slider component, you will see the difference.
i'm expecting thumb object to have the "x" value after the change.
