  6. Same thing happens to me. sencha doesnt do anything

    I cant really elaborate either, I'm doing it in a DOS box on a Windows 7 desktop.
    The sencha executable is in my path and it does get called, but immediately exits with no error back to the DOS...

  9. Removing whitespace, carriage returns,etc and Ext.decode can parse it!

    By removing carriage returns "\r\n" and whitespace, which I'd added for readability the functions now sneak through OK and Ext.decode can parse the JSON.
