    So, on a whim I tried changing gpl to commercial, and it seems 5.1.1 is available here: http://cdn.sencha.com/ext/commercial/5.1.1/. Is this safe to use without a support account?

    Hey all,

    Is 5.1.1 going to be available via CDN? 5.1.0 is available from http://cdn.sencha.com/ext/gpl/5.1.0/, but changing that link to 5.1.1 (http://cdn.sencha.com/ext/gpl/5.1.1/) doesn't work.
  4. Note: I was trying to set minHeight as a workaround for this issue: http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?288241, which led me to this particular issue

  7. So, is this all up to me to pick which one I like?
  8. So, I have read everything I can find about scoping, and fundamentally I know how it works. I have not seen anywhere that talks about which design choice is better, hence this thread.

  9. I had previously reported this, and according to my thread (http://www.extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?p=424737) it was fixed already. I see the fix in 3.1.1, anyway.
  10. This still occurs in 3.1.1. My fix still works:

    Ext.override(Ext.grid.GridView, {
    isHideableColumn : function(c){
    return !c.hidden;
    },
    beforeColMenuShow : function(){
    var cm =...

  12. Just making sure this doesn't fall off into oblivion.

    I have been using the patched (as above) code in production for a few weeks and have not noticed any negative fallout. Anything else I can do?
  13. I remember reading (or I think I do) somewhere that seemed to indicate the 'fixed' property used to mean something different in older versions of Ext. Is it possible that this is left over from a...
