  1. I'm on Windows 8.1, Webstorm 10.0.1, trial version and it seems to work fine. :-?

Do you maybe have a reference to the ExtJS library in the Webstorm -> Preferences -> Libraries?
  2. This bug just hit me as well. :((
  3. I don't suppose there is an override that you could provide to fix this for now? I haven't figured out a good way to DIFF multiple files. (I.E. comparing 5.1.0 with the nightly builds).

    Thanks!

They added tablet support to ExtJS, they didn't combine the two frameworks.

    See http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/5.0.0/whats_new/5.0/whats_new.html

  7. I'm not sure if this is a generic bug but there doesn't seem to be any way to find methods/properties that are new for ExtJS 5. I remember in the 4.2.0 docs, there used to be a yellow star that would...

So, I'm confused. I'm running into this error now as well. I figured this would have been fine since they are in seperate namespaces. They don't even subclass each other.

We use a mix of AJAX/JSONP and even postMessage to communicate to different endpoints often as a result of a single event. It would be nice to just have an official Promises API we could use instead...

On the contrary, I feel like they don't reveal dates anymore because they used to but got burned when they missed one and the community went insane demanding for it to be released. :-?

+1 for fixing model associations! They only seem to work in very limited real world scenarios. :((

Huh? Look here If you buy ExtJS 4 and ExtJS 5 comes out in the next 12 months, you get it for free.
  16. I think you need to create a window first that contains the fieldcontainer.

  17. Well, not a lot is going to work correctly because I don't think the 'auto' layout will do any height/width measurements for you.

However I updated the above Fiddle with a working solution. Not...
  18. I think you just need some sort of layout in the viewport.

What do you have the Ext.data.Model Field type set as? String or Date? Do you have a dateformat defined there as well?
  20. Ok, thanks.
  21. Any chance of this being addressed for ExtJS 4.2.1?

    Thanks!
  22. Noticed this listed as a new feature for V3.1.1. Any hints/explanations on what this means exactly? I tried searching the forums for SDKTOOLS-350 but didn't find anything.

    Perhaps this is just an...
  23. I think I remember having some problems but when I switched to the final version of 4.2 (4.2.0.669) everything started to work fine. I believe 4.2.0.489 is the RC (Release Candidate) version anyways....

Any ideas for an override to patch this for now? :D
  25. I don't really use ST so I'm not sure but perhaps ST 2.2 isn't supported yet because it is still in beta?
