    EXT 4.0.7 runing in IE9 / Windows 7 32bit.

    1) In the comboBox's initComponent(), I call suspendEvents(true) and then comboBox.getStore().load().

    And from the log, I found the sequence is as following:

    show
    afterlayout
    afterrender

    but even in the afterrender event of window, the components in the window are not ready...

    PagingMemoryProxy really limited every operation in "current page".....
    Why not just enhance the MemoryStore to support paging?
