PollingProvider never supported using plain JavaScript functions as pollFn. You need to use a Direct method stub instead, or an URL.

This is something that used to work by accident, not a bug.

  4. @springfield,

Not sure why you need the override. DirectSubmit action supports metadata by default, just set the "metadata" property on the form and it will be sent along with the form submission....
  5. Sridhar,

Honestly I never tried it with 5.x but theoretically it should work. There were not many changes to the legacy charts since 4.x days.

  6. This feature is called Actionable mode and it was not yet supported in Ext JS 5.1.0. Stay tuned for updates. :)

  7. Hi agarapati,

Regarding the first issue: ariaLabelledBy and ariaDescribedBy properties should contain valid DomQuery selectors for finding the elements that label or describe the given component,...
  8. I think you are confusing Ext JS properties with element attributes that have ARIA significance. ext-aria package makes use of ariaRole, ariaLabel, ariaLabelledBy, and ariaDescribedBy; mostly because...
  9. When ext-aria package is included, you can use ariaAttributes object on any component to provide custom ARIA attributes.

You can find examples of using custom attributes in the ARIA example.

Well it looks like you've just hit precisely the reason why we had to move away from focus/blur component events. :)

A similar problem arose with combo boxes whose pickers may contain focusable...

    SebTardif,

I'm afraid that there is no documentation on FocusManager alternative, just because there is no alternative. FocusManager was a legacy way of making Ext JS widgets accessible via...
  13. FocusManager has been deprecated and is no longer supported. It seems that the documentation has not been updated to reflect that, unfortunately.

Ext JS 5.1 ships with built in support for...

FocusManager has been deprecated and is going to be removed soon. Please update your code not to depend on it.

You don't need to use ext-theme-aria in your application. Ext JS 5.1 ships with built...
  15. I looked into the ext-aria code and confirmed that it does check for the window being resizable and draggable - that's the right config property, not movable. If you post a code snippet I could look...
  16. Hi Martin,

I'm not sure why two extra tools in message windows' titles would suddenly make an app unusable, really.

As for the icons, I believe ext-theme-aria should have the correct icons for...
  17. Ext Direct differs from JSON-RPC significantly, and changing tid field for id won't help it. In fact it will be detrimental, as at this moment there is no ambiguity in Direct being incompatible with...

  19. Hi Martin,

You can tab to these tools and use arrow keys to move and resize the window.

As for the tools being created despite !movable && !resizable, that's a bug. I'll move this thread to the...

  21. @w-solution,

By disabling focus styling you're basically cutting off any possibility of working with your application via keyboard. Do you really want that?

I would strongly recommend to tweak...

  23. Correction: this is not a bug since we do not support keyboard accessible edit fields in Grid column headers at this time.

We plan to implement this feature at some point but I'm not sure on...

    bluehipy,

It is very easy to leak memory in JavaScript, so it does not surprise me that leaks crop up here and there all the time. Ext JS has a vast codebase, and undoubtedly there are some pieces...
  25. Ext.dom.Query is shared between Ext JS and Sencha Touch now, and hence was moved to sencha-core package. You can find it in ext-5.1.0/packages/sencha-core/src/dom/Query.js.

    Just require...
