Same problem here. My app is a Lotus Domino application with Ext.ux.ManagedIFrames.
The content of the iframes are Domino documents with lots of js files to load.
No problems with FF2 or FF3, but...
Me and my collegues write //comment all the time, at least while commenting out statements.
Are there any plans that the java version of builder will recognize // as a valid comment without...

I use the Java builder (see my post with the UTF-8 bug)
I'm using the Java builder to build my own framework on top of Ext JS.
Giving JS Builder an utf-8 file (with BOM header EF,BB,BF) shows "illegal character", "Syntax error"
Some of the locale/ files have this encoding and mine almost always have.

But I just ran into another little problem with //
I accidentally wrote a comment this way: /// , which was left by JSBuilder as / (unterminated regex).
I had a similar bug, which put a <font> dom into the hiddenField instead of the new input field (font was surrounding the transformed field).
Setting useDom to true helped. (1.0.1a)

Concerning number formatting: I at least need "n fixed decimals", "punctuation at thousands" and "paranthesis when negative".

My first tests with a simple "Player" form and 2 views (switching between them by column "sort") showed up some issues:
- left, right, center in columns ignored...
