    Default License

I've read the information available at but I'm still not clear if my application qualifies for the open source license.

Let's say I have a company that runs a webapp. The source of the web portion (HTML/CSS/JS) is of course available but the source of the code on my server that generates that stuff isn't. Would I be able to use the Open Source License? The webapp is not GPLv3 so I'd be looking at the Exception for Applications.
