Default How to: Vertically Scrolling Carousel

    Hi there,

I am using the carousel example you have provided in the Sencha Touch Framework, and was wondering if it is possible to make the carousel scroll vertically instead of horizontally?

Also, I'm currently just using images for the carousel sliding in and out, but I have a image map (hotspot) on top of an image, it seems a bit buggy to click on to open a new page. I assume its due to the javascript tracking touch gestures, is there a way to fix this? Perhaps by calling a javascript function or command to open page on tap and double tap? How would I do this?

I have also read that using the Touch framework is buggy with using the html5 video tag because of gestures, is this still the case?

The Carousel doesnt support vertical direction yet. We are currently adding some enhancement to our scroller which will give us more flexibility. Carousel improvements are high on our list.
