Treegrid GridFilters (in column headers like GridFilters example)
I'm using the treegrid in depth with my new project at work and have developed a new treegrid filter plugin that is based on the same plugin for normal grids. It's basically the same exact thing with some changes for trees and special logic to filter the data based on the leafs of the tree. Hope this is a useful component to people who use the treegrid extension,
Does not do remote filtering (but I'm going to make it in the future, unless someone wants to develop it here)
I have not tested event firing fully, if there is some needed.
I have included all files that are needed to use this treegrid plugin. For documentation please refer to GridFilters, as this is a mirror of the functionality.
Instructions to try out this file (it includes an example as well as all necessary files for use):
1. Put Extjs 3.2.1 Distribution on your local machine (as if you were going to use examples and such)
2. Unzip the file attached to this post
3. Replace ext-3.2.1\examples\treegrid folder with the unzipped folder
4. Try it out
I have only tested this on Firefox and IE6.
Hope this is helpful to others.
Edit July 7, 2010 12:07 PM -- Headers are now Italicized when filter is on.
