    Default [3.2.1][CSS3] Ext.Element.CSS3Spotlight b1

Have a Webkit browser? Or Firefox 4b1? Or Opera 10.5+? Need something better (IMHO) than the current Spotlight implementation?

Let me know if you find any bugs! I think I may put in that the spotlighted element should come to the very front (simple z-index change) and then add this spotlight.

Sidenote - I am required to give credit to my girlfriend for the color idea.....

Awesome job! Found a small bug that wasn't updating the color on the spotlight I had to hit the hide spotlight and spotlight buttons a few times before it would show up. And maybe make a toggle button for spotlight instead of the 4 buttons.

I'm using Firefox 3.6.6 on Win XP SP 3.

This is because with CSS3 there are now DOM event listeners to which this uses. I just tested on my FF 3.6.6 and the function does not fire.

About a toggle button... thought about it and will probably wrap that in aswell.
