Default Is there a en-CA Locale File

Is there a locale file for English Canadian in Ext 3? I see one for fr_CA but not the English equivalent. Is it missing and can I use an alternative?

Should be easy to make one. How many changes from the standard en locale are there for Canada?

Thats what I assumed would be the case. My current implementation is defaulting to en (which is en-US) but I think en-GB seems a better fit. I think I might simply get away with defaulting to en-GB. Can anyone either confirm or deny this? I mean are there any obvious differences?
