    Default [FNR] Hide column on a not rendered grid results in NPE - GXT 2.2.0

    I extended the GridSelectionModel and overwrote the handelColumnHidden method:

    Code:
    protected void handleColumnHidden(ColumnModelEvent e) {
            int col = e.getColIndex();
            ColumnHeader columnHeader = grid.getView().getHeader();
            if (columnHeader != null) {
                ColumnHeader.Head h = columnHeader.getHead(col);
                if (h == selectedHeader) {
                    selectedHeader = null;
                }
            }
        }
    The columnHeader is null in case the grid is not rendered.
