Are there plans for a generic horizonally scrollable container like used in tabpanel?
The Ext.TabPanel's tab scroller adds tab scroll buttons on the left and right when many tabs are added.
It would be nice if there was a layout or container that accepts any Ext.Component that will add left and right tab scroll buttons when the child component's width becomes larger than the container's width instead of using the browser's native horizontal scrollbar.
If this container existed then the Ext.TabPanel could use it for its tab scroller instead of using the Ext.Panel's header to contain the tabs. The tabs in the tab scroller could be Ext.Component subclasses.

Yes, box layouts will be able to handle overflow in different ways. One of which will be scrolling.Search the forum: http://www.google.com/coop/cse?cx=01...%3Az7of1ufqccu
