Question Using relative font size in Ext theme?

in their styleguide my customer (a larger company) defined that every web page and web application has to have a control that looks like the one you can see attached.
The semantic of this is control is that if the user clicks at one of the A´s the font size changes from 100% to 110% to 120%. The surrounding controls have to grow accordingly of course.
I surely know that this functionality can be done by the browser functionality "ctrl +" but I yet haven´t found a way to invoke this functionality from my application. In FF e.g. access to this is not permitted.
Therefore I think I have to change the Ext theme I think or is there a Ext function anywhere? Did anyone have a similar requirement and how did you solve it? Could you support by sending a theme to me?
