Can you "embed" fonts using Sencha Touch. I'm looking to be able to use non-standard fonts in my project and have no idea what road I should be looking to go down. Thanks

Sure you can use custom fonts on Sencha Touch.
@font-face s a CSS3 stnadard and, as you know, Sencha Touch take the best from it and HTML5, so you don't have any problem to "embed" custom fonts on your project.
Take a look at fontsquirrel to download or generate a font kit ready to use.

Just to chime in — I believe iOS 3 had some issues with font embedding, but recent versions of 4 are supposed to handle it much better-

Also, from experience, I *highly* recommend Typekit. Also, please post your results, I've been curious about this-
