Arrow Come on Sencha love you users, we're all developers.

I'm missing titles too. Looks like it's because they changed the way docks worked. Now only Panels can have docks. Picker extends DataView and not Panel so no dock = no title.

It's pretty bad everyday I'm see frustrated developers and Sencha seems to do nothing. I'm questioning why I bother paying for their products. It never used to be like this.

Yes, thats frustrating ... I have some custom time chooser that looks like this:

    9 - 13 - 30 - 30 (Labels: Day, Hour, Minute, Second)

I cant add labels to the values (not enought space on the screen) and useTitles dont work. Without the labels no one can really use it. You cant get the meaning of the value you are changing.

They're a take your money and run company now. Not even a proper response from them.

This was targeted for the upcoming 1.1.1 release but after investigating the issue, the solution would be rather invasive and likely cause more problems than it solves. The issue is that Ext.picker.Slot extends Ext.DataView but tries to add a docked item (the title). However, Ext.DataView does not provide docking support so it is simply ignored.

The solution I would implement if we weren't inside a major version would be to make Ext.slot.Picker extend Ext.Panel instead, and create an internal Ext.DataView with a fit layout, then simply bridge the functions and configurations into the internal DataView. It's likely that such a change would break existing 1.x applications.

While I apologize for the slow response to this, bear in mind that Sencha Touch is actually a free project - we've neither taken your money nor run. We're heavily into 2.0 development which tackles larger issues such as performance and device support, and have therefore taken priority.
