    Default [FIXED]Toolbar Button Scale

    Building on my last post, I noticed that buttons in a toolbar are not respecting the "scale" config option. They seem to lose all button CSS goodness as well. Please see here for a quick example: http://ajpfister.com/sandbox/ext4tes...btn_scale.html.

    Just swapped out pr1 w/ pr2 and I'm still seeing this issue:

    it's not explicitly listed in the release notes as being "fixed" so i guess this is more of an FYI sorta situation.

    While this still says open it appears to be working in pr3.
