Ajax.org ACE Editor as ExtJS Component
I am pleased to announce a project that wraps the Ajax.org ACE Editor as an ExtJS Component.
It is still a work in progress but anyone interested is welcome to take a look.
I am looking for experienced contributors to round out the component and integrate it properly with ExtJS as my knowledge of ExtJS is still limited.
Looking forward to feedback.

I'm interested in this but the project has been stale for 9 months.
and I'm not sure to use it or not.
(Besides that I I have trouble getting it working.)
I want to use it in production, all thought I might contribute if needed, I just need a python editor that works in a formPanel (where a text area should be a form field)
I have tried CodeMirror but I run into lots of key mapping trouble (space amongst others makes the editor loose focus.

FYI, There will be some updates to the project and more instructions on how to use it in the coming months. I cannot support the existing code as things are going to change a bit.

Cool, Nice to hear something is coming up.
I am working on something that needs to edit python code on a webpage.
I might be interested in helping out and or do some testing pm me if needed.

Any luck on getting split view working?
I personally put together a full editor using ACE but haven't been able to get split view working sadly.
