    Default POST'ing values with Ext.data.HttpProxy

    Hello all,

    I am trying to send parameters to my server-side page via Ext.data.HttpProxy with a POST method, but I can't seem to find anything on how to actually send the values. I've tried using baseParam, but that seems to just be for the store and not the proxy.

    This is part of the code I am using...

    Code:
                    ReportStore = new Ext.data.Store({
                        id: 'ReportStore',
                        proxy: new Ext.data.HttpProxy({
                            url: 'reportPoC.cfc?method=GetJSONData',
                            method: 'POST'
                        }),
                        baseParams: {ReportName: '#VARIABLES.ReportName#'},
                        reader: new Ext.data.JsonReader({
                            root: 'rows',
                            id: 'recordID'
                        }
                });
    I need to pass in the ReportName value, but when I look at the request in firebug, there are no post params.

    Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Default

    I figured out that I need to post these parameters in the load() method. Which makes sense considering the proxy doesn't actually load the data....
