Default [FIXED][PR5] Ext.Ajax is not defined in ext-core-debug.js

Ext.Ajax is used in ext-core-debug.js by the Element#load() method, but is not declared anywhere in the file. Seems like a problem with the build script.

It's been fixed, Element will now use Ext.ElementLoader (the new superclass of ComponentLoader)!
