[FIXED-EXTJSIV-1111] [B2] Bug in the Ext.data.Writer example
There appears to be a bug in the Ext.data.Writer example available here:
If you click on Add (editing starts in the email field) and press Tab to move to the First name field an error in Firebug is triggered - "i.getActiveHeader is not a function"

Couple other issues
I'm having a couple other issues as well.
When I first run the page and fill out the top portion, and press Create nothing seems to happen. I then try to edit a row directly and when I press "Save" a popup shows that I've updated and the row indeed reflects my change however a new row appears at the top of the list with NaN in the ID Column and the reset of the columns empty.
