Thread: Window close on Desktop

    Default Window close on Desktop

    When closing or minimizing a window using the Desktop environment, hide event is fired. There is no way to figure out what caused the event which seems a bit... weird.

    When adding the windows to the Desktop a windowlistener is attached that calls the minimizeWindow which in turns calls hide() on the window. This results in the same event for closing a window being fired.

    if (window.getData("minimize") == null) {
    // window closed
    } else {
    // window minimized
