    Default Precompiled Themes?

Is there such beasts out there for people not interested in messing with SCSS?

I haven't seen any pre-compiled themes yet. Anybody have a simple guide to
    making new themes?

Take a look at the theming guide in the documentation and read the blog-post http://www.sencha.com/blog/using-CSS3-in-every-browser/.

    Hope this helps,

I think the video is from the last SenchaCon where 4.0 was previewed and discussed in sessions. Unless it's been updated recently, I suspect it's out of date. I would certainly look to the theming guide as a primary source of information.
