    Default [OPEN EXTJSIV-2090] Sandbox margins

    I have a problem with the sandbox. Padding, margins and border is not handled correctly.

    I tested it with two different setups:

    1. ext-all-debug.js and ext-all.css
    2. ext-all-sandbox-debug.js and ext-sandbox.css

    1 works fine but 2 does not.

    Code:
    Ext4.onReady(function() {

        this.viewport = Ext4.create('Ext.container.Viewport', {
            layout : 'border',
            style : 'border:2px solid red;',

            bodyStyle : 'border:2px solid red;',
            renderTo: Ext4.getBody(),
            items: [
                {
                    layout : 'fit',
                    padding : 10,
                    region : 'west',
                    width : 200
                },
                {
                    layout : 'fit',
                    padding : 10,
                    region : 'north',
                    height : 200
                },
                {
                    layout : 'fit',
                    padding : 10,
                    region : 'center'
                }
            ]

        });

    });

    Thanks for any help!
