    Default [CLOSED][1.2 Beta] Duplicate/Delete Option on Store(all) proxy contextmenu

    There is a useless Duplicate and Delete option while Store Ajax Proxy contextmenu click.

    Also in all selectionModel the duplicate option is useless

    This is by design. We dont' want you deleting your proxy or reader, because you'll never get it back! Likewise, you cannot duplicate them because then it's an invalid configured store. These context menu actions result in no-ops (we'll address showing/hiding them dynamically in a future release, but that is merely a UX issue at this point).
