    Default Ext JS 3.4 or 4.0 ?!?

    Hi all!!!
I have a simple question for you.
I have to start a new project with Ext but I am undecided between start with version 3.4 or 4.0 ........!?!?
My dubts are about the forum support and code finding in the web to have examples of how it works the 4.0 version.
Which version do you recommend me?
And which are the differences between the two versions?

    Thanks a lot

PS - I am new in Ext and this is why I have doubts.....

Main difference is architecture of the frameworks. 4.x is much more robust and more of an application library. 3.4 has some inconsistencies but is a little more tried and tested.

If you can wait a little longer, 4.1 will start it's beta phase which will fix a ton of issues especially performance. I'm using 4.0.6 and lots of things in 4.0.2a have been fixed but 4.1 will take it to a new level of greatness.

We went from 2 to 4 (skipping 3 altogether) and are happy with the decision.

The new features and consistency of the API more than make up for the 'newness'. Without looking at the stats, I'd guess there's already more forum traffic on 4 than there is on 3.
