S-CIRCLES, Social Network Engine (Ext JS 4, ST 1.1)
I think this is a good time to finally reveal the S-CIRCLES project.
During the last months, I spend big parts of my free time to start creating a social network engine based upon Ext JS 4 and Sencha Touch 1.1. My Development Team consists of 3 people: Max Widdra is resposible for the Design and User Experience, Bastian Haustein is creating the Backend.
As soon as the basic versions of the Apps are completed (still in progress!), a free to use version will be set up for the Sencha Community.
I will write a lot more about the project during the next days (after my session tomorrow #SenchaCon). This topic is made for feedback and questions.

Thanks for the feedback so far!
I have just created a small Facebook fanpage to show some of Max Widdras latest Design Screens:
There is also a first pre alpha version online now:
You can open it with Google Chrome, Safari or iOS 5.
This version is not yet fully functional and still has a lot of bugs and missing features I am aware of. If you like to, you can already register. You can also log in with the fake account:
firstname.lastname@example.org / qqqqq
or just click the signup button on top of the page. The only modules that are already a bit further developed are the contact list on the left side and the circles tab. You can already drag contacts to circles and drag contacts from one circle to another one. This change won't get saved yet!
More to come soon!

This is all ExtJS UI?
So you created a custom theme for this?

yes, it is a custom theme, but also a lot of custom components that also get skinned with SASS.
the goal was, that you shall not even recognize it was build with the Sencha Frameworks on the first view.

at the moment my team and i are thinking about if it makes sense to release an advanced version of the circles as a standalone commercial custom component that can get easily integrated in other ext js applications for managing groups, teams, etc.

Why not! I suggest pushing your components to Sencha Market place
