I can't say to much without actually seeing your problem, but in general I have seen issues with the Android browser having bugs and glitches when it comes to CSS3. We're investigating the issue in general to see if there is a good way to work around these browser issues on Android.
but in resume the problem come from -webkit-transform: translate3d(78px, 67px, 0px) scale3d(1, 1, 1); where the second function(scale3d()) new browsers cant understand.
it happend for rotate,scale3d and others short functions
they (android and ios programmers) know the problem and i dont know if they will fix it or not but this works fine -webkit-transform: translate3d(180px, 1px, 0px) rotateX(0deg) rotateY(0deg) rotateZ(-360deg);
